Contamination and
cross-contamination within aseptic manufacturing
facilities are controlled, in part, by the design of the
air handling system and the room pressurization levels.
This diagram indicates the relative pressure for each
manufacturing area and the direction air would flow, if
the indicated door or doors were open.
